• ✓Technical failure on our side caused a generation to fail — token automatically returned
• ✓Accidental duplicate purchase on the same day — full refund

• ✕One or more tokens have been used from the pack
• ✕More than 7 days have passed since purchase
• ✕Dissatisfaction with the AI result (AI output is variable by nature)
• ✕Wrong pack size purchased — we offer a free upgrade exchange instead
