Refunds Are Available

  • ✓Unused token pack and request made within 7 days of purchase — eligible for refund review
  • ✓Accidental duplicate purchase on the same day — eligible for refund review
  • ✓Verified technical failure where value was not restored — eligible for support recovery or refund review

Standard Automatic Refunds Are Not Available

  • ✕Once any token from the purchased pack has been used for generation
  • ✕Once paid tokens from that purchased value have been shared, transferred, or claimed
  • ✕If the purchased value is partially fulfilled
  • ✕Dissatisfaction with the AI result (AI output is variable by nature)

Manual Review May Still Apply

Some cases require manual support review instead of automatic refund handling.

  • ✓Verified technical failure or missing value recovery
  • ✓Provider-required, fraud, chargeback, or legal exceptions
  • ✓Paid token transfers or claimed shared value, because shared/transferred/claimed paid tokens count as used purchased value

When You Share Paid Tokens

Double-check the recipient email before sending. Only paid shareable tokens may be transferred. Free preview credits cannot be shared.

Pending transfers may be cancelled only during a short undo window. After claim, the transfer is final.

When paid tokens are shared, transferred, or claimed, that value counts as used purchased value for the sender's purchase history.

This may make the related purchased pack ineligible for standard or automatic refund. Technical failures are handled through manual support recovery or token replacement first, not automatic cash refund, except where required by law or after manual support review.

By purchasing, you agree to immediate delivery of digital credits for headshot generation.

Where required, consumer-law exceptions may still apply. Refund decisions may require manual review based on your location, purchase state, and fulfillment state.

How to Request a Refund

Unused token packs may be eligible for manual refund review. Used, shared, transferred, or claimed paid value is usually not cash-refundable. Technical failures are reviewed for value recovery first.

We may ask whether any token from the pack was used and whether the issue was a technical failure, duplicate purchase, or another exception case.
