By accessing CastShot you agree to these Terms. You must be 18 or older to use this service.

CastShot is an AI photo processing service that enhances actor headshots by modifying lighting, backgrounds, and tone. CastShot is designed to preserve the recognizable identity of the person in the uploaded photo and does not intentionally change identity.

Results are generated using third-party AI models and may vary. Exact likeness, facial details, and professional suitability are not guaranteed, and you should review results before relying on them professionally.

Access requires purchasing one-time token packs. Tokens are valid for 12 months from purchase. Free registration may include complimentary preview credits.

CastShot sells digital token packs for AI headshot generation. Using a token starts fulfillment of digital service value.

Used or generated token value is normally not cash-refundable under CastShot's standard product policy. Subjective dissatisfaction is not an automatic cash-refund basis.

Quality or identity issues are reviewed manually and approved cases may be resolved with a replacement token or retry credit.

Free preview credits are for your own account only and cannot be shared. Eligible paid tokens may be transferred through CastShot's token-sharing flow.

Double-check the recipient email before sending. Only paid shareable tokens may be transferred, free preview credits cannot be shared, pending unclaimed transfers may be cancelled by the sender or support while they remain pending, claim requires the intended recipient account/email match, and after claim the transfer is final.

Shared, transferred, or claimed paid tokens count as used purchased value and may make the related purchased pack ineligible for standard or automatic refund, except where required by law or after verified technical failure or manual support review.

You may only upload photos you own or have explicit rights to. Uploading photos of other people without their written consent is prohibited. Using the service for illegal purposes or impersonation is prohibited.

Without CastShot's prior written authorization, you may not scrape, crawl beyond ordinary search-engine indexing, bulk download, automatically extract, systematically enumerate, or create automated accounts to access CastShot. Normal browser use, accessibility tools, legitimate search-engine indexing, and your own authorized downloads are not prohibited by this section.

You may not bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, watermark or preview boundaries, storage controls, account controls, or other technical safeguards. You may not probe for private assets, hidden endpoints, confidential operational data, or non-public implementation details.

You may not extract, reconstruct, reverse engineer, or use public responses to infer CastShot's non-public prompt logic, model-routing, identity-QA, anti-abuse, token/refund, storage, or operational systems. Public feature names, style names, and approved marketing information are public, but CastShot's non-public implementation remains protected.

Without prior written authorization, you may not use CastShot-owned site content, style covers, interface text, structured catalog content, proprietary product outputs, or datasets supplied by CastShot to train, fine-tune, evaluate, embed, index, generate synthetic data for, or build a competing generative, headshot, casting-photo, or similar service.

You may not resell, sublicense, repackage, mirror, white-label, bulk redistribute, or create commercial datasets from CastShot-owned materials or extracted CastShot service data. This does not limit your normal professional use of headshots you legitimately purchased or generated for casting, agency submissions, personal portfolios, social profiles, or professional promotion.

You retain full ownership of any photos you upload. You confirm you have the rights needed to upload and process them. You grant CastShot a limited, non-exclusive license solely to operate, secure, support, and deliver the service for you. Generated headshots belong to you. CastShot's AI prompts, algorithms, systems, style covers, interface content, and non-public service logic are proprietary and confidential.

CastShot does not claim ownership of your uploaded source photos, does not receive a broad license to train models on your user content, and does not silently obtain marketing rights in your source photos or generated results.

Product feedback is not marketing consent. CastShot will not use your uploaded photos, generated headshots, before/after examples, testimonial text, name, likeness, or attribution in public marketing unless you give separate explicit permission for that use.

CastShot may restrict access, suspend accounts, terminate accounts for material or repeated violations, remove abusive access patterns, preserve security and abuse evidence, cooperate with valid legal requests, and seek available remedies. We do not promise automatic detection, automatic enforcement, or any specific legal outcome.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Sharing account access with other people violates these Terms and may result in account termination.

CastShot uses third-party AI APIs, including OpenAI, to generate headshots. If an AI provider changes their API, pricing, or availability, CastShot may need to adjust token pricing or service terms with 30 days' notice.

By using CastShot you acknowledge that AI service costs may change, and you agree that CastShot is not liable for third-party service disruptions.

CastShot reserves the right to adjust token pricing with 30 days' notice. Previously purchased tokens are not affected by price changes.

The service is provided as-is. CastShot is not liable for: quality of AI-generated results, temporary service unavailability, or indirect damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. CastShot may apply additional manual review where needed for payment, fraud, security, support, or other legal obligations.
